Janie's Lakeview Cottage is a fully furnished three bedroom, two bathroom house located in Kelso Woods Subdivision overlooking Kelso Beach. We are located next to Waldameer Park, only 2 miles from the beaches of Presque Isle State Park.

2024 Rates

Monthly Rental

$2500.00

Minimum rental period is 30 days.

Maximum rental period is 90 days.

Security Deposit of $800.00

Terms and Conditions

• The Contract is between Ken and Pattie Marchant and the booking party.

• Persons must be at least 25 years of age to rent Janie's Lakeview Cottage.

• Check in anytime after 3 pm on the date of arrival, check out is 10 am on the date of departure. We ask you to please adhere to the 10 am check out. A Late Check Out Fee of $50 will be assessed at 10:15 am and every 30 minutes thereafter.

• if you arrive with more guests than what has been agreed upon, the extra guests will be required to stay at a different location.

• NO SMOKING ON PREMISES INSIDE OR OUT

• NO PETS. Sorry, NO exceptions. (Again, please do not ask, the answer is still no).

Responsibility of our Guests

Guests are required to treat the house, its property and contents with respect. Any damages must be reported to us immediately.

Please do not run the air conditioning with the doors and/or windows opened. Doing so will result in a minimum fee of $200.00 for utility overages.

The house will be clean when you arrive and will be cleaned after you leave. In order to accommodate our next guest in a timely fashion, renters are required to leave the house in the same condition as it was secured. All food must be removed from the refrigerator and cupboards, pots/pans washed and put away, dishes put into dishwasher and garbage removed to cans provided.

If the cottage requires extensive cleaning or repairs, the renter of the house will be responsible/liable for the damage to the property and charged accordingly.

The speed limit in Kelso Woods Association is 10 mph. Please adhere to the speed limit.

Failure to follow neighborhood rules, disturbing neighbors, or providing false information on reservations could result in immediate forfeiture of reservation and occupancy of the house. The renter is responsible for all information provided to secure the reservation and understands that occupancy is reserved for the number of people specified in the rental contract.

Return check fee of $75 will be applied on all returned checks.

By securing a reservation with your deposit you accept the Terms, Conditions and Cancellation Policies.
